In Detroit, the low population seems to be the root of the concurrent demise of small businesses and the cause of foreclosed houses which leads to vacant lots and/or abandoned structures. This project will shed light onto this cancerous issue by pulling the people of the adjacent neighborhood and the customers of Beaubein onto the site to partake, comprehend, and evaluate. Qualitative human experience the users would undergo will be clear, alter, and to block the users.
Public Use of Private Space 
Lets focus on low density. Statistically why is this alone a problem? Continuity of the urban room?
What about small businesses? Maybe focus on the business strategies..the movie with Jessie. Food business.
What about the abandoned lots and business? Is there research for this?
